为了研究沙埋对种子萌发和幼苗出土的影响,本论文通过温室控制实验,对梭梭和驼绒藜出苗与沙埋的关系进行研究。实验进行了0 cm、0.5 cm、1 cm、1.5 cm和2 cm共5个沙埋深度处理,每个处理做3个重复。结果表明,梭梭和驼绒藜0 cm埋深与其它埋深的萌发率差异显著;随着沙埋深度的增加,梭梭和驼绒藜种子出苗率逐渐降低,没有沙覆盖(0 cm埋深)时,梭梭和驼绒藜种子的出苗率达到最大,分别为80%、90%,沙埋深度为2 cm时,梭梭和驼绒藜幼苗不能出土;梭梭和驼绒藜种子在0 cm沙埋深度下的出苗速率最大,分别为60%、69.8%。
