以62组商业用煤为研究对象,在对其煤灰化学成分与灰熔融性温度关系初步分析的基础上,重点对常用的5个预测灰熔融性温度经验公式的预测准确性和适用性进行了研究。通过比较各经验公式计算值与实际测量值的偏差来检验其预测效果,并根据检验结果对其适用范围做了进一步说明。计算结果表明,由于煤灰成分的复杂性和经验公式所用煤种的局限性,经验公式的适用范围比较有限,预测精度有时不够理想。这一方面提示人们在使用经验公式时应关注其预测精度,同时也为深入研究煤灰熔融特性温度模型提供了有价值的参考。
This paper, with 62 important Chinese commodity coal samples as the research object, primarily discussed the relationship between the ash fusion temperature and its chemical composition, and analyzed the accuracy and applicability of 5 general correlations for predicting the coal ash fusion temperatures. After evaluating the prediction effect of the correlations by comparing the difference of tested value and calculated value, the applicability scope was further explained. Because of the complexity of the coal ash composition and the limitation of the used coal samples in empirical correlations, ash fusion temperatures prediction accuracy was not good enough. The results showed that the empirical correlations can give good results if it was applied to a small number of samples with similar composition but was less effective if it was applied to a large number of samples from different sources and with a wide range of composition. The conclusion prompts that we should think about the prediction accuracy when use empirical formulas, and it also makes references for an in-depth study on the empirical model of the coal ash fusion temperature.
