温度是影响电池性能的重要因素之一。本文对典型温度下磷酸铁锂电池PNGV模型进行研究。通过大量的试验得出了磷酸铁锂电池充放电特性曲线,在此基础上建立了PNGV模型。应用混合脉冲功率性能测试试验(HPPC)对典型温度下模型参数进行了辨识,分析了典型温度下模型参数的变化规律。最后应用基于北京公交的纯电动客车用动力电池动态测试工况(BBDST)对模型进行了验证。验证结果表明PNGV模型在一定程度上能够反映磷酸铁锂电池的特性。同时,该模型在磷酸铁锂电池上的应用也存在一定的累积误差。
The temperature is an important factor in battery performance. In this paper, PNGV model of LiFePO4 battery under typical temperatures is studied. The LiFePO4 battery's characteristics curves are determined with charge-discharge measurements, and based on the above results PNGV model is established. By the application of Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization Test (HPPC), model parameters and changing role under the typical temperature are recognized and analyzed. The power battery are examined under Beijing electric buses dynamic testing conditions BBDST. Test results show that PNGV model can express the characteristics of the battery, although some cumulative errors may be present in the application of LiFePO4 battery.
