In the grid environment, performance prediction and assessment is the premise of a reasonable match in a dynamic environment, and ensure the quality of service. It is to predict and evaluate the overall performance of resources available based on the user's stability, resource properties, network bandwidth and the distance. And using performance prediction of the resources and task design a kind of new scheduling strategy. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
