为研究高温采油工况下螺杆泵定子衬套的磨损情况,将定子橡胶在高温含砂原油中进行摩擦学试验,测出橡胶的摩擦因数。运用有限元分析方法,对螺杆泵等壁厚定子橡胶衬套进行接触非线性计算,研究工作压差、过盈量以及摩擦因数等多因素对定子衬套磨损的影响。分析结果表明:在工作温度60℃、压差0.5MPa的工况下,橡胶衬套最大等效应力和等效应变出现在定子衬套外侧,最大等效应力和等效应变随着过盈量和摩擦因数的增大而增大,摩擦因数对定子橡胶衬套的磨损影响相对较小,选择合适的过盈量有助于减小磨损,提高效率。
In order to study the abrasion characteristics for stator bushings of screw pump under boiling drilling conditions,the tribological experiments of stator rubbers were carried out in hot and sand oil,and the friction coefficients of rubbers were measured.The nonlinear contact computation of equal thickness stator rubber bushings was implemented by using the FEM,and the influences of working pressure,interference,and frictional coefficients as well as other factors on the abrasion of stator bushings were studied.The results show that at temperature of 60℃and pressure of 0.5MPa,the maximum equivalent stress and strain of the rubber bushings appear on the outside of the stator bushings,which increases with the increase of interference and frictional coefficients.The influences of frictional coefficients on the abrasion of the stator rubber bushings are relatively small.Appropriate amount of interference helps to reduce abrasion and improve efficiency.
