为满足空间粒子探测器的正常供电需要,基于现有空间粒子探测器高压电源,设计了一种新型的空间粒子探测器高压电源。该新型高压电源结合了线性电源和开关电源的优点,将振荡电路和变压器电路两个功能上相互独立的电路有机结合设计,通过实验求得系统的最佳工作点。实验测试表明:当系统工作点为3.0V时,输出电压为-160V,功耗为60m W,电压稳定度为99.99%,长时间稳定度优于99.75%,输出电压纹波小于37m V。该电源性能可靠稳定,可满足空间辐射测量要求。
In order to supply the power of the space particle radiation monitor,based on the current high bias supply technology,a new high bias supply was designed. Combined the good performance of switch power DC /DC transfer technology and linear power technology,two individual circles,oscillator circuit and transformer,were designed integrated. Based on experiments,the working point of high bias supply is selected. In the design of high bias supply of this paper,the specifications are: the working point 3. 0V,output voltage- 160 V,power dissipation 60 m W,voltage stable more than 99. 99%,long time stable more than 99. 75%,and time ripple less than 37 m V. Considering the performance it turns out to be,the converter could be used as power supply for detector in space particle radiation monitor.
