预应力混凝土槽型梁是一种新型桥梁结构,由道床板、主梁及端横梁等部分组成.对高速铁路无砟轨道16m后张法预应力混凝土简支槽型梁1:1模型进行静载弯曲试验研究,该试验是国内首次进行的大规模实桥静载试验.对槽型梁的裂缝发展规律、变形特征、支座沉降、应力发展规律等基本受力性能进行分析.试验结果表明:槽型梁在静载作用下其裂缝宽度、刚度、抗裂情况和预应力度满足要求;槽型梁的应力变化符合平截面假定,且受力过程表现出一定的空间形态;试验桥梁的静载弯曲试验合格,其研究成果可为此类桥梁的设计与维护提供参考.
Prestressed concrete groove beam is a new bridge structure composed of the bed plate, main girder and end beam etc. The1:1 model of 16m post tensioned prestressed concrete simply supported beam which is suitable for the ballastless track of high-speedrailway was used to study the static load bending test. This experiment is the first large-scale real bridge static load test in China. Inthis paper, analyzed are the characteristics of crack distribution, deformation, bearing settlement, stress development and other basicmechanical properties of the beam. The experimental results showed that groove beam meet the requirements of the crack width,stiffness, cracking situation and prestress degree under static load. The stress variation of the groove beam accords with the flat sectionassumption, and the stress process shows a certain space form. The static bending test of the test bridge is qualified, and the researchresults can provide reference for the design and maintenance of the bridge.
