通过钢桁架结构系统在模拟连接损伤工况下的动力特性参数测试,基于实测数据分析了各类动力指纹参数对连接刚度损伤识别的效果,提出了一种基于频段相关系数的结构连接刚度损伤识别方法.通过破损方案对比验证了此损伤识别方法的有效性,并利用有限元模拟对该识别方法的适用范围加以探讨.研究结果显示:频段相关系数作为一种新的损伤识别指纹参数能够反映连接刚度的损伤,并能够对连接刚度损伤量大小进行定性评估;利用结构低频段的频响函数对连接刚度损伤进行识别会获得较好的效果;该方法对平动自由度丧失类损伤的识别效果良好,而对转动自由度丧失类损伤的识别效果较差.
Tests on dynamic characteristics of connecting parts of a steel truss structure under various damage cases were carried out.Based on the measured data of the dynamic characteristics the effects of various dynamic eigen-parameters for damage identification of connecting stiffness in steel structures are analyzed.A new method for identifying damage in connecting stiffness based on frequency band correlation then is proposed.The effectiveness of this method is verified under different damage status,and the available scope of the proposed method is discussed with finite element simulation.The results show that frequency band correlation as a new eigen-parameter for damage identification can reflect and assess qualitatively the damage in connecting stiffness of steel structures,and it is effective when it is used with the measured data of low band of frequencies to realize damage detection of the connecting part.It is more suitable to identify the damage associated with translational degree of freedoms rather than with rotational degree of freedoms.
