设计了一套基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的真空监控系统,实现了对中性束注入(NBI)综合测试台系统真空环境的实时监控。该系统通过自动控制抽气回路阀门和泵的启停以实现真空压力维持;通过绘制波形实时显示离子源及真空室不同位置的真空压力并实现数据存储,为物理分析提供实验数据。全图形化的人机操作界面实现了系统操作运行的可视化,Profibus总线协议和PLC模块化结构使得系统具有可扩展性和兼容性。实验表明,系统运行稳定可靠,为NBI综合测试台不同工作模式提供了必需的真空环境。
A control unit wasdeveloped to monitor and control the vacuum system of the test stand, dedicated to the neutral beam injector(NBI)of experimental advanced superconducting tokamak(EAST), based on programmable logic con-troller(PLC). The control unit is capable of automatically controlling the pressure, acquiring and storing data, and display-ing in real-time the waveforms representing the pressure-distributions in both the ion source and vacuum chamber. So, a complete graphical human-machine interface of the control unit achieves visualize doperation. In addition, Profibus proto-col and its construction with PLC module make the control unit compatible and extendable. The control unit has been working well since its installation. The test results show that the control unit does a good job in providing the strict re-quirements of vacuum environment in different operation modes for NBI test-stand with high stability.
