研究了具有负顾客到达的M/M/c/N排队模型,其中负顾客到达抵消一个正在服务的正顾客,系统中多个服务台都可能发生故障且可修.通过矩阵分块的迭代解法求出了稳态概率的精确解,得到系统的一些稳态排队指标和稳态故障频度、可用度等可靠性指标.在此基础上利用MAT-LAB通过数值算例,考察了系统某些参数对系统平均顾客数和稳态可用度的影响.
In this paper,we consider an M/M/c/N queuing system with negative customers.In this system,the arriving of a negative customer offsets a positive customer in service,and all servers may breakdown and can be repaired.Using the iterative solution of matrix block,we derive the exact solutions of the steady-state probability of the system.Besides,we get steady-state queuing performance measures and the reliability measures such as the steady-state failure frequency and availability of the system.Based on these analyses,by MATLAB software,we study the effects of some parameters on the expected number of customers and steady-state availability through numerical examples.
