制约湿喷混凝土技术在煤矿推广的关键问题是工艺流程不合理、材料配合比不稳定,设计合理的湿喷混凝土工艺流程及研究定量配合比技术至关重要。针对立井、斜井(胶轮车运输)两种不同矿井开拓形式的工程背景,设计了"地面配料+井下搅拌和湿喷"、"地面配料、搅拌+井下湿喷"两种湿喷混凝土模式,满足了矿井的不同开拓方式,研究了外加剂性能及配合比定量控制技术。与干喷混凝土技术进行了技术经济对比分析,研究表明湿喷工艺明显提高了工作效率及混凝土强度,降低了回弹率及施工现场粉尘浓度。研究成果可为湿喷混凝土技术在类似条件下的煤矿推广应用提供参考借鉴。
Unreasonable process and unstable material mixture ratio are the restraining factors of popularization of the wet spraying con- crete technology in coal mine.It is crucial for wet shotcrete technology to design the reasonable process and study the quantitative mix proportion. For the engineering backgrounds of vertical shaft development and inclined shaft development( rubber tire vehicle transporta- tion) ,it designed the "batching on the ground + mixing concrete and wet spray underground mine" and "batching and mixing on the ground + wet spray underground coal mine" two wet spraying concrete modes, which met the development of the mine. It also studied the additive performance and mix proportion control technology.Compared with dry shotcrete in terms of technology and econany, the result showed that wet - spurting technology obviously improved the work efficiency and concrete strength,it also reduced the rebound rate and the dust concentration in construction site.Research results have a certain reference meaning for its apply in similar mine condi- tions.
