基于对部件故障导致设备停机的风险评价,建立了考虑风险的机会维修模型.该模型采用役龄残余因子描述不同维修方式对部件故障率的影响,并推导了多次维修时故障率演化的递推关系.克服了以往模型仅考虑运行时间,忽视设备劣化过程非线性以及部件故障导致设备停机损失的不足.以故障率服从威布尔分布的多部件设备的算例分析结果表明,该模型符合实际情况。能够为维修决策提供有力支持.
The opportunistic maintenance model with consideration of risk was buih up. The loss and cost of equipment breakdown resulted from components failure were described by risk assessment. The recursion relationship of multi-components equipment failure rate was developed for different maintenance actions concerning with age reduction factor, the neglects of old models were avoid that the equipment deterioration process is non-linear based on time and the relationship between parts failures and equipment breakdowns. The numerical results show that the model is practical and can provide decision support for multi component equipment maintenance by the example of the failure rate of equipment components following Weibull distribution.
