在生物组织传热分析的基础上,将头部简化为脑组织、颅骨、头皮层和毛发覆盖层构成的多层复合介质,并得到了一维热平衡问题的解析解.研究了头皮层和毛发覆盖层的特性对头部径向温度分布的影响.结果表明,医用冰帽难以直接降低脑组织的温度,但可以有效降低头皮层温度.
Based on the heat transfer analysis of biological tissues, the human head was simplified as the multiply medium, composed of brain tissues, the skull, the scalp and the hair-covered layer, and the radial temperature distribution of the head was obtained theoretically. Effects of the properties of the scalp and the hair-covered layer on the temperature distribution were discussed. The results indicate that the therapeutic icecap cannot provide substantial cooling of brain tissues, but effectively serves for scalp cooling.
