煤矿投资尤其是境外煤矿投资决策,是一个极其复杂的问题。其中涉及的因素繁多,且影响程度难以准确确定。针对境外煤矿投资决策决策问题,建立了混合多指标灰靶决策模型,将决策过程中的不确定数据用区间数表示,将定性指标用三角模糊数表示,建立混合指标椭球灰靶。通过计算拟投项目的靶心距,得出最靠近靶心的最优项目决策。鉴于,煤矿开挖形式不同,所涉及的影响因素差别很大,所以,以井工开采为研究对象,进行投资决策分析,此方法同时适用于露天开采。

Coal mining investment decisions is a very complicated problem,especially for overseas coal mining investment.It involves various factors,and the influence degree is difficult to determine accurately.This paper builds a hybrid multiple attribute grey target decision making model,with uncertain data in interval number and qualitative indicator in fuzzy number,builds a hybrid multiple attribute grey target.Calculate distance to the bull＇s-eye of each project intends to invest,obtain the optimal project decisions of minimum distance.This paper focus on the underground mining,to analyze the investment decision,in the view of the factors involved vary a lot,in different excavation form of coal mine,and this method is also suitable for opencast conditions.
