采用扎根理论质性研究方法,对风险投资机构网络能力影响因素进行了多层面的探索性研究。研究表明风险投资机构属性与学习吸收能力、网络嵌入情景、创业投资制度环境3层次4维度的主因素对风险投资机构网络能力具有直接影响;创业投资制度环境调节着机构属性、学习吸收能力、网络嵌入对网络能力的作用机理,网络嵌入调节着机构属性对网络能力的作用机理,机构的学习吸收能力在网络嵌入对网络能力的影响中具有中介效应。
英文摘要：
Using the qualitative research method of grounded theory, this paper developes an exploratory study on the influ- encing factors of venture capital firms＇ network capability. Results show that the critical influencing factors of venture capital firms＇ network capability derived from three levels and four dimensions, comprising of venture capital firms＇ attribute and learning absorptive capacity, network embeddedness, and the institutional environment of venture capital industry ; and that the institutional environment of venture capital industry moderates the relationship between venture firms＇ attribute or learn- ing absorptive capacity or network embeddedness and network capability, network embeddedness moderates the relationship between venture firms＇ attribute and network capability, learning absorptive capacity has a mediating effect on the effect of network embeddedness on network capacity.
