基于社会交换理论,通过446套问卷调查,利用结构方程模型方法,研究了我国高科技企业组织支持和组织公民行为的关系,特别是工作满意对于两者关系的中间作用。结果表明,我国高科技企业要重视对知识型员工的组织支持,构建和谐友好的工作环境,这些将有利于提高高科技企业知识型员工对组织的认同感,从而提升组织绩效。
Using a questionnaire of 446 employees in China, we examine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior, especially the mediating effects of job satisfaction on the relationship between the two variables from the perspective of social exchange at high - tech enterprises. Results from structural model analysis show that high - tech enterprises should pay attention to organizaxonal support to knowledge workers and build a friendly and harmonious working environment to increase the sense of organizational identity and organizational performance.
