对药源海洋真菌介质阻挡放电等离子体诱变的实验方法初步研究.对等离子体放电诱变条件进行了探索,比较了等离子体单独诱变与等离子体一不同化学诱变剂复合诱变的诱变效果,并对两个较合适的诱变方式进行了致死曲线的研究,且对海洋真菌AP2T1菌株进行了初步规模的诱变处理与活性筛选实验.研究发现等离子体单独诱变及等离子体一氯化锂复合诱变较适合该菌株,且该海洋真菌孢子对等离子体的致死曲线与前人报道的细菌相似,并发现等离子体对老化失活的出发菌株可能具有激活作用.研究结果表明,介质阻挡放电等离子体可能是一种较适合海洋药源真菌诱变育种的新手段,值得继续完善、深入研究.
The preliminary research was reported on the method of dielectric barrier discharge plasma muta-genic breeding of marine pharmaceutical fungus, the plasma discharge condition was investigated, and the mu- ma-chemical mutagen on a small scale and screened for bioactivity. The results show that the plasma and plas-ma-LiC1 are suitable mutagenic methods for this strain. Under the plasma process, fungal spores show similar lethal curves to those of previously reported bacterium. Furthermore, initial strains which lost their activity, indi able mutagenic method for the breeding of plasma cating'that the dielectric barrier di is found able to stimulate the old scharge plasma is possibly a suit-marine pharmaceutical fungi, worthy of further optimization and re-search.
