Qiu Zhiping Born in 1962, he is a professor of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Mathematics Department of Jilin University in 1984 and 1990 respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree from Engineering Mechanics Department of Jilin University in 1994.
