用制得的大体积双侧基3,5-二胺基-N(N′,N′-正二丁基甲酰胺基苯基)-苯甲酰胺(DAPDM),与3,3′-二甲基-4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(DMMDA)、3,3′,4,4′-二苯醚四甲酸二酐(ODPA)采用一步法共缩聚制得聚酰亚胺共聚物。采用核磁共振对该共聚物进行了表征,对其溶解性、热稳定性、预倾角进行了分析。结果表明:制备的聚酰亚胺可溶于氮甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)等溶剂,溶解性良好,并且聚酰亚胺膜具有2.8°的预倾角。
Polyimide was copolymerized via one step method using self-made 3,5-diamino-N-benzamide(DAPDM),3,3′-dimethyl-4,4′-methyl-enedianiline(DMMDA) with 4,4′-oxydi(phthalic anhydride)(ODPA).The obtained polyimide was characterized by 1H-NMR solubility,thermostability,and pretilt angle of polyimide were analysed.Results show that the polyimide has excellent solubility in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP),N,N-dimethyl-formamide(DMF) and some other solvents.Meanwhile,the polyimide shows a pretilt angle of 2.8°.
