利用EBSD取向成像技术研究了高锰TRIP/TWIP钢中的马氏体相变特点,鉴别出ε-M和α-M两种马氏体的组织形貌特点,确定出奥氏体和ε-M之间存在{111}γ∥(0002)ε,〈10〉γ∥〈110〉ε,即Shoji-Nishiyama取向关系;ε-M和α-M之间存在(0002)ε∥{110}α,〈110〉ε∥〈11〉α,即Burgers取向关系。奥氏体晶粒中出现了多种α-M变体,各变体间存在广泛的相变孪晶关系,本文还初步分析了惯习面。
The martensitic transformation in high manganese TRIP/TWIP steels was studied by using EBSD technique. Microstructural eharacteriastics of ε-martensite and α-martensite were determined. The results show that austenite and ε-martensite held the Shoji-Nishiyama orientation relationship of {111}γ //(0002)ε, ( 110 ) γ//( 1120 ) ε, whereas ε-martensite and a-martensite held the Burgers orientation relationship of (0002)ε// {110}a, (1120)ε//(111)a. Many u-martensite variants occurred within one austenite grain and abundant transformation twins existed between variants. A preliminery analysis on habit plane of martensites was performed.
