低浓度毒死蜱对斜纹夜蛾幼虫生长发育和食物利用的影响

毒死蜱(chlorpyrifos,CPF)是一种广泛使用的有机磷杀虫剂,多以低浓度形式长期存在于自然环境中。通过在标准人工饲料中添加低浓度毒死蜱,研究其对斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura Fabricius生长发育和食物利用的影响,结果表明:低浓度毒死蜱能刺激昆虫生长,显著增加幼虫和蛹的体重,10μg/kg处理第3d幼虫体重和化蛹后重量分别比对照增加86.4%和20%;低浓度毒死蜱也能加快昆虫的生长速度,缩短幼虫发育历期,10μg/kg处理幼虫发育历期低于对照1.1±0.02d。低浓度毒死蜱对5龄幼虫的食物利用影响不明显,但可显著增加6龄幼虫相对生长率、食物利用率和食物转化率,10μg/kg处理分别比对照增加56%,29%和16%。

英文摘要:

Chlorpyrifos (CPF), a widely used organophosphorus insecticide, is a typical environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals, which mostly exist in the natural environment at low concentrations for a long time. In order to correctly evaluate insect development after treatment of CPF, the development and food utilization of Spodoptera litura larvae were investigated by feeding larvae with artificial diets treated with low concentrations of CPF ( 1 μg/kg, 10 μg/kg, 25 μg/kg and 100 μg/kg). Low concentrations of CPF could stimulate the growth of insect, significantly increasing larvaland pupal weight compared with control, for larvae treated with CPF at 10 μg/kg, larvae weight on the 3^rd day and pupal weight increase by 86. 4% and 20% respectively. Low concentrations of CPF improved the growth rate and shortened larval periods of S. litura compared with the control, larval periods was reduced by about 1.1 ± 0. 02 days in larvae fed with diet containing 10 μg/kg CPF. Food utilization of the 5^th instar larvae was not affected significantly. But food consumption, digestion, relative consumption rate, relative growth rate (RGR), efficiency of conversion of ingested food (ECI) and efficiency of conversion of digested food (ECD) of the 6^th instar larvae were significantly improved ( RGR , ECI and ECD of the 6^th instar larvae increased by 56%, 29% and 16% respectively after treatment of 10 μg/kg CPF)
