[目的／意义]基于知识保护存在理论丛林的现实，本研究的目的是从知识管理的视角，对知识保护做系统化梳理。[方法／过程]在搜集大量国内外有关知识保护的文献后，利用归纳总结的研究方法，从知识保护概念、知识保护机制、影响因素、研究方法四个方面对现有成果进行梳理。[结果／结论]通过整理发现，完善知识保护机制、延展知识保护的研究对象、独立化知识保护研究领域、重视知识保护和其他知识管理要素的互动、软要素在实证模型中的考虑，在知识保护的未来研究中，都将有较大的研究价值。

英文摘要：

[ Purpose/Significance] Based on the insufficient systemic research of knowledge protection, a clear literature for knowledge protection is necessary and also is the goal of this paper. [ Method/Process] A review from conception, mechanism, influence factors and research methods is given. [ Result/ConclusionI The improvement of knowledge protection mechanism, the extension of research object, the independence of knowledge protection, the interaction with other parts of knowledge management and the consideration of soft factor in the empirical model have important research value in the future.
