针对环件热辗扩成形中所用铸态42CrMo钢,利用JMatPro软件模拟出该材料在高温下(500~1200℃)热导率随温度变化曲线,并通过激光热导仪实际测量铸态42CrMo钢在相同温度范围8个测温点(每100℃设置一个测温点)的热导率数据,利用Origin软件拟合出相应曲线,通过两者曲线对比,得到最贴近真实的铸态42CrMo钢高温热导率曲线,为后续辗环工艺的数值模拟提供可靠的工艺参数和材料模型。
Aiming at the casting 42CrMo steel used in hot ring rolling process, the thermal conductivity curve which changes with temperature at high temperature (500-1200℃) has been simulated by use of JMatPro software. The thermal conductivity data at 8 points (every 100℃ for one point) at the same temperature range has been measured by use of laser thermal conductivity meter (LFA427). The fitting curve has been drawn through Origin software. By comparing the two curves above, the thermal conductivity curve of casting 42CrMo steel which is closest to the real has been obtained. It provides reliable technological parameter and material model for the following numerical simulation of ring rolling process.
