建立了胜任特征研究的理论模型。分析了体育组织中的胜任特征研究现状,即研究对象集中于个别体育组织的中高层管理者,研究方法较为单一,研究仅满足于建立胜任特征模型,胜任特征的要素多为基准性胜任特征。对在我国体育组织情景内的胜任特征研究进行了展望:即考察胜任特征的前因变量和结果变量;针对竞赛型体育组织中的教练员展开研究;进行胜任特征的“本土化”研究。
A model for studying the characteristics of people capable of working well in sports organizations was set up. It was found that the present study of the characteristics was focused on the middle and top level administrators. The research method was simple. It is suggested that cause variables and result variables for studying the capability should be studied. More researches should be given to the coaches in sports competition organizations and for capabilities with the local characteristics.
