为了达到供应链利润最大化的目的,同时做到节约能源保护环境,根据最优化理论,基于产品回收和再制造,构建了一闭环供应链的物流网络,建立了混合整数线性规划模型,并通过Lingo软件求解,解决了闭环供应链物流网络的设施选址问题和各条路线上的最佳物流分配量,实现了整条供应链利润的最大化。并通过一具体算例验证了该模型的有效性和可行性。
In order to maximize the supply chain profit while saving energy and protecting environment, based on the optimization theory and product recycle and remanufaeturing, a closed--loop supply chain logistics network is constructed and a mixed integer linear programming (MILP)model is designed and solved by Lingo software. As a result, the problem of establishment address selection of closed-loop supply chain logistics network and the optimal allocation on each route has been solved and the profit of the whole supply chain has been maximized. In the end, the validity and the feasibility of this model is validated by a concrete numerical example.
