目的:检测和对比近期泌尿生殖道感染沙眼衣原体(CT)分离株对7种喹喏酮类抗生素的药物敏感性。方法:18株近期生殖道CT分离株,用McCoy细胞培养法,以加入抗生素后沙眼衣原体在细胞内不生长的最低浓度为最小抑菌浓度(MIC),复板后在无加抗生素情况下仍不生长的最低浓度为最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:各种喹喏酮类抗生素的最小抑菌、杀菌浓度如下:环丙沙星MIC90=2.0mg/l,MBC90=4.0 mg/l;氧氟沙星MIC90=1.0 mg/l,MBC90=2.0 mg/l;左氧氟沙星MIC90=1.0 mg/l,MBC90=2.0 mg/l;氟罗沙星MIC90=2.0 mg/l,MBC90=4.0 mg/l;司帕沙星MIC90=0.063 mg/l,MBC90=0.125 mg/l;妥舒沙星MIC90=0.125 mg/l,MBC90=0.25 mg/l;莫西沙星MIC90=0.032 mg/l,MBC90=0.0 64mg/l。结论:近期生殖道CT分离对这几种喹喏酮类抗生素中环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星和氟罗沙星的MIC90与MBC90已在较高水平,抗CT活性明显较低;司帕沙星、妥舒沙星和莫西沙星MIC90与MBC90水平较低,敏感性高。
Objective:To detect and compare activities of seven quinolone antibiotics against recent clinical isolated genital chlamydia trachomatis(CT) in vitro. Methods:The MIC of 7 quinolone antibiotics were evaluated using 18 strains of clinical isolated CT.The MIC of each agent was defined as the lowest concentration of drug at which no typical inclusions were identified after the first passage in McCoy cell culture.Furthermore,MBC was defined by permitted no inclusions to be formed upon second passage in antimicrobial drug-free medium. Results:The MIC90 and MBC90 of the quinolone antibiotics respectively is,Ciprofloxacin MIC90=2.0 mg/l,MBC90=4.0 mg/l,Ofloxacin MIC90=1.0 mg/l,MBC90=2.0 mg/l;Levofloxacin MIC90=1.0 mg/l,MBC90=2.0 mg/l;Fleroxacin MIC90=2.0 mg/l,MBC90=4.0 mg/l;Sparfloxacin MIC90=0.063 mg/l,MBC90=0.125 mg/l;Toufloxacin MIC90=0.125 mg/l,MBC90=0.25 mg/l and Moxifloxacin MIC90=0.031 mg/l,MBC90=0.0 63 mg/l. Conclusion:Ciprofloxacin,Ofloxacin,Levofloxacin and Fleroxacin have high lever of MIC90 and MBC90,they exibit insufficient in vitro anti-CT activity,but Sparfloxacin,Toufloxacin and Moxifloxacin show better activities against recent clinical isolateed genital CT in vitro.
