采用柠檬酸盐法制备了纯相YBa3Fe3O10材料。采用碘滴定方法得到了YBa3Fe3O10在不同温度下的氧非化学计量值δ,δ值随温度的升高而增加。Seebeck系数测量和电导率测量结果表明,YBa3Fe3O10的栽流子类型为P型,根据缺陷反应方程(Oo^x2FeFeO^4+=2FeFe4+=2FeFe^x3++Vo+1/2O2↑,解释了电导率随温度和氧分压变化的规律。800℃时YBa3Fe3O10的氧化学扩散系数达3.0×10^-5cm2/s量级。
Mixed oxide ion conductor YBa3Fe3O10 is synthesised by citric acid method. Iodine titration results show that the oxygen nonstoichiometry 8 of YBa3Fe3O10 increases with the increase of temperature. Seebeck coefficient and conductivity measurement results indicate YBa3Fe3O10 is a p-type conductor. The varation of conductivity of YBaa Fe3Ol0 with temperature and oxygen partial pressure is explained in terms of defect reaction Oo^x2FeFeO^4+=2FeFe4+=2FeFe^x3++Vo+1/2O2↑. At 800℃, oxygen chemical diffusion coefficient of YBaaFeaO10 is 3. 0× 10^-5cm2/s.
