Microbubbles,which can enhance the ultrasonic backscatter intensity,are used for disease diagnosis.Drug-loaded microbubbles,which are prepared by incorporating the drugs into or onto the bubbles,can be destroyed by ultrasound irradiation at the focus position and used for antithrombotic and tumor therapy.This article provides an overview of the progress of Drug-loaded microbubbles combined with ultrasound for antithrombotic and malignant tumor therapy.
