利用光能量的吸收和散射与生物量浓度之间的关系,建立了一种基于光纤回归反射能量衰减技术的生物量浓度在线测量方法。由于在生化反应过程中常伴随着生化产热以及环境温度的改变,从而给传感器测量带来误差。为了消除温度信号对测量结果带来的误差,通过在传感器单元中引入温度补偿臂,消除温度信号对待侧信号的影响。实验表明:该传感器实现了生物量浓度的在线测量;同时,通过引入温度补偿臂消除了温度变化对生物量浓度测量的影响,从而真正实现了生物量浓度的准确在线测量。
Making use of the relationship between the absorption and scattering energy and the biomass concentration, an on-line measuring system for the biomass concentration based on the technology of fiber-optic regressive reflection energy attenuation is proposed. In order to eliminate the measurement error which are caused by both the heat produced in the process of biochemical reaction and the changes of temperature, a sensor probe with temperature compensation function is introduced. Experimental results show that this sensor can realize on-line biomass concentration measurement and the introduction of the sensor probe can eliminate the effection of temperature change and improve the measuring accuracy effectively.
