采用机械合金化与热压烧结相结合的方法制备Cf/Mg2Si复合材料,研究表面镀铜Cf对该复合材料组织、性能的影响.结果表明:Mg2Si中加入表面电化学包覆镀Cu的短Cf后并未生成新相,而是均匀分布在Mg_2Si中,与基体之间界面平直,结合良好,说明界面反应得以抑制.随着Cf质量分数的增加,复合材料的致密度降低,硬度、抗压强度和抗弯强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,当Cf质量分数达到1.5%时,复合材料的综合性能最佳,此时,硬度为302.7HV,抗压强度为143 MPa,抗弯强度为34.6 MPa,电导率为12.85×103 S·m^-1.
Carbon fiber-Mg2Si composites were prepared by means of mechanical alloying combined with hot-press sintering, and the effect of the carbon fiber with copper surface-plating on organization and property of the composites was investigated. The result showed that the addition of short carbon fiber into Mg2 Si with electrochemically coated copper would not generate new phase and would uniformly distribute in MgzSi with a smooth and straight interface with Mg2Si matrix and with fine combination, showing that the interface reaction was refrained. With the increase of carbon fiber content, the compatibility of the composite would reduce, the hardness, compressive strength, and bending strength would increase first and then decrease. When carbon fiber mass-fraction reached 1.5%, the comprehensive performance of the composite would be optimal and at this moment, its hardness would be 302. 7 HV, compressive strength -- 143 MPa, bending strength- 34. 6 MPa, and the conductivity- 12.85)〈 10^3 s/m.
