目的探讨以翻转课堂作为载体的临床医学教学在国际留学生中的应用。方法将我校接受临床内科学的国际留学生68人随机分为翻转课堂教学组和传统教学组,评估不同教学方法的教学效果。结果翻转课堂为载体的教学方法在通过客观成绩测定、学生主观自我评估及任课教师自我评估三部分均较传统教学法更具优势。结论以翻转课堂为载体的临床医学教学方法凭借其整合性强及理论结合实践等优势既能为临床医生授课带来了很大的发挥空间,又能加深学生对血气分析的理解及应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of the flipped classroom teaching method in the international student teaching of the clinical medicine. Methods Selected 68 interns of the undergraduate international student were randomly divided into the conventional teaching group and the flipped classroom group. To evaluate the teaching impact of the two teaching method. Results The flipped classroom teaching method was more advantageous than the conventional teaching method by the objective scores of the examinations, the subjective self-evaluation of the students and the self- assessment of the teachers. Conclusion The advantages of the good integrity and the combination of the practice and theory in the flipped classroom teaching leave the clinicians more room to play and make the students comprehend and apply better.
