综述了丙烯催化环氧化合成环氧丙烷(PO)技术的研究进展,包括以分子氧为氧化剂、H2O2为氧化剂、原位合成H2O2为氧化剂和有机过氧化物为氧化剂的催化氧化法。同时,对各种催化反应工艺、催化剂和催化反应机理进行了讨论,并对PO的绿色催化合成技术的前景进行了展望。丙烯一步环氧化生产PO工艺具有流程简单、副产物少和环境友好等优点,是PO生产工艺的未来发展方向,其中TS-1分子筛催化丙烯与H2O2一步环氧化工艺具有较大的竞争力,极有可能实现工业化;而丙烯一步气相环氧化技术极具潜力,但目前催化剂的性能离工业化仍有一定距离。
Progress in catalytic epoxidation of propylene to propylene oxide were reviewed, in which O2, H2O2, in-situ H2O2 and organic peroxide was used as oxidants. Catalytic reaction processes, catalysts, and catalytic reaction mechanisms were discussed. Prospect of green catalytic synthesis of propylene oxide was also forecasted. Direct epoxidation of propylene, taking advantages of simpler process, less byproducts, and friendliness to environment, is the trend of propylene oxide production. As an example, epoxidation of propylene by H2O2 over TS-1 catalyst will come into industrial application next year. Although gas phase epoxidation of propylene by molecular oxygen is the most attractive process, but can not be commercialized temporarily, because performance of the catalysts can't completely meet industrial requirements yet at present.
