在真空Ar气氛中精炼AM60镁合金熔体,测定了不同精炼条件下Mg元素的蒸发速率。在分析了镁合金熔体中镁元素蒸发机理的基础上,推导了该体系中Mg元素蒸发速率(NMg)和表观传质系数(ka)的计算公式。根据实验测定结果,得到了NMg和ka分别在0.52~0.114 mg/(cm^2·s)和(1.7~6.4)×10^-5cm/s范围内。为镁合金精炼过程中精确控制目标合金成分提供了基础数据。
AM60 magnesium alloy was smelted in Ar atmosphere. Evaporation rates of Mg were detected in different refining temperature and its evaporation mechanism was analyzed and discussed. Theoretically, the formulas of the evaporation rate (NMg)and apparent mass transfer coefficiency (ka)of Mg were deduced. Experiment results show that NMg and ka vary between 0. 000 52-0. 000 114 g/(cm^2·s) and 1.7~6. 4 × 10^-5 cm/s respectively. Therefore the foundation data of vacuum smelting are established that assure the goal component of alloy during the refining.
