大倾角厚煤层注水防尘技术应用

在论述煤层注水防尘实质的基础上,根据高庄煤矿3上509大倾角厚煤层工作面具体地质条件,对煤层注水防尘的机理进行了分析,并对3上509工作面煤层注水参数进行了设计。工程实践表明,在煤层注水后,煤体含水率由注水前的4.8%提高到注水后的9.8%,含水量增加了5.0%;在逆风流割煤时,总粉尘浓度51mg/m^3,降尘率达到75%;顺风流割煤时,总粉尘浓度43mg/m^3,降尘率达到82%,有效地降低了工作面产尘量,减小了工作面风流中煤尘浓度,极大地改善了工作面的作业环境,保护了职工的身体健康,取得了较好的防尘效果。

Base on the exposition of the seam water injection and dust prevention essence,according to the certain geological conditions of the coal mining face in the 3 up 509 deep inclined thick seam of Gaozhuang Mine,the mechanism of the seam water injection and dust prevention was analyzed and the seam water injection parameters of the coal mining face were designed.The engineering practices showed that after the seam was injected with water,the water content of the seam would be increased from the 4.8% before the water injection completed to 9.8% after the water injection completed and the water content was increased by 5.0%.When the coal cutting operation was in a reversed air flow,the total dust density would be 52mg/m3 and the dust control rate would be 75%.When the coal cutting operation was in a right air flow,the total dust density would be 43mg/m3 and the dust control rate would be 82%.Thus the dust production of the coal mining face would be effectively reduced and the dust density in the air flow of the coal mining face would be reduced.All those could highly improve the operation environment of the coal mining face,protect the body health of the miner's members and would have a good dust prevention result.
