以废弃的混凝土构件为原料加工得到再生粗骨料,并以再生粗骨料为主要原料配制再生混凝土。试验过程中以再生粗骨料取代率为0,30%,50%,80%和100%的混凝土试件为研究对象,分别对尺寸效应对再生混凝土的强度性能和耐久性能的影响进行测定,并对其试验结果进行综合分析,得到再生混凝土在强度性能和耐久性能上尺寸效应的基本规律,为再生混凝土在工程上的应用提供试验依据。
Size effect is the inherent characteristics of quasi-brittle materials. The waste concrete components were manufactured as raw material to get recycled coarse aggregate. Then the recycled coarse aggregate was used as main raw material to prepare recycled concrete. The concrete specimens, of which the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate were 0, 30%, 50%, 80%and 100%, were used as research objects respectively. The influence of the size effect on strength properties and durability of recycled concrete were determined respectively. The test results were analyzed comprehensively to obtain the basic laws of size effect on the strength properties and durability of the recycled concrete. The objective of the study is to provide experimental basis for the application of recycled concrete in engineering construction.
