使用前期研究中筛选出的能高效降解聚乙烯醇PVA1799的混合菌系,制得PVA降解酶。用该PVA降解酶与淀粉酶复配,对混合上浆棉织物协同退浆。通过考察酶用量、pH值、温度、时间等因素对棉织物退浆效果的影响,得到较优的退浆工艺:C淀粉酶/CPVA酶为1/10,pH值为6.0,温度50℃,时间30min。在此条件下,应用PVA降解酶与淀粉酶协同退浆,棉织物退浆率与碱退浆相当;再结合果胶酶精练后,织物润湿性得以改善,且断裂强度高于碱法前处理。
A mixed microbial culture with high efficiency of PVA1799 degradation has been screened out in the preliminary study, and PVA-degrading enzymes are prepared on this basis. The PVA-degrading en- zymes are compounded with amylase to improve the desizing rate of mixed pulp sizing fabric. The ef- fects of enzyme dosage, pH value, temperature and time on desizing performance are discussed. The optimal desizing process conditions are the ratio of amylase to PVA-degrading enzyme is 1/10, pH value 6.0, desizing at 50℃ for 30 min. The desizing rate of complex enzyme in optimal conditions can match with alkali desizing. The wettability of fabric is improved after scoured with pectinase. Moreover, the rup- ture strength of cotton fabric is higher than that pretreated by alkali.
