The effective communication of good image of the city, which plays a positive role for city construction and development. Streaming video information services can improve the image of the city＇s image in network information mode to a large extent. This article discusses the elements and the main modes of city image communication, and analyses the main features of streaming video information, and constructs the streaming video service integration framework for the spread of city image communication. This article constructs the platform of streaming video service, and discusses profitable strategies of the services, and proposes to integrate streaming video resources by build city＇s image streaming video resource repository, and analyzes the classification principles and standards of the streaming video resources.
