以399名企业员工为调查对象。采用我国文化背景下开发的组织价值观问卷,探讨了员工与组织的价值观匹配现状及效果,并尝试揭示具有优势效应的价值观要素。结果表明:目前我国企业与员工的价值观差距较大;价值观匹配对工作满意度、离职意愿有显著预测作用;价值观匹配影响我国员工的心理和行为时存在“绩效与社会责任的优势效应”。
The actuality ,effect and dominant effect of value congruence between Chinese employees and organizations were explored by the Organizational Values Questionnaire which developed in the context of Chinese culture. 399 valid data were analyzed. The result indicated that (1) the differences between employees ‘values and organizations' values are obvious;(2) value congruence is positively related to job satisfaction and has a negative effect on turnover intention; (3) value congruence has shown the dominant effect of ‘Performance' and ‘Social Responsibility' when predicts employees' attitude and behavior.
