Indole and it＇s derivates, being one of the important fine chemical products, play important role in industry and medicine areas. Four 3-hydroxyl-bromo indole derivatives which used to antitumor activite, antipyretic analgesics and hindered amine were synthesized through many steps. These compounds were char- acterized by IR, ^1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis.
