英文摘要：

Fractional differential equations play an important role in biological sciences and other fields.In this paper,we consider the uniqueness of positive solution for boundary value problem of fractional differential equation.Our results can not only guarantee the existence of unique positive solution,but also be applied to construct an iterative schemes to approximate it.
