以制药厂发酵头孢菌素C的菌渣为研究对象,利用元素分析仪,原子吸收光谱仪,微机制冷量热仪,傅立叶变换红外光谱仪等对头孢菌素菌渣进行分析.分析结果表明,头孢菌渣中元素以C,O较高,质量分数分别达到50%和25%以上,Cu、Cr、Cd等重金属百分含量均较低;傅里叶红外分析显示,菌渣中主要官能团为O-H和C-C,是蛋白质、纤维素等有机物质的特征官能团;头孢菌素菌渣的高位热值为8.77MJ/kg.
This paper characterized cephalosporin bacterial residue from the microbial fermentation process in the pharmaceutical industry. Element analyzer instrument, atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) , ZDHW -2010 oxygen bomb calorimete, fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) were employed to identify the sample in order to investigate the physical and chemical characteristics. The results showed that the bacterial residued contain characteristically high carbon and oxygen levels, which were more than 50% and 25% , and the concentration of inorganic components, heavy metals were low. The result of FFIR showed that the main functional group were O-H and C-C , which were the characteristic functional groups of protein, cellulose and other organic substances. The calorific value of cephalosporin biowaste was 8.77 MJ/kg.
