以清水灌溉为对照.研究了施用3种磷肥(磷酸二铵、钙镁磷肥、过磷酸钙)条件下再生水灌溉对茄子生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明。与施磷酸二铵、过磷酸钙肥相比,钙镁磷肥明显促进了茄子生长,提高了产量和品质。不同磷肥处理间产量大小顺序为钙镁磷肥〉磷酸二铵〉过磷酸钙。施用钙镁磷肥的茄果硝酸盐质量分数最低,而黄酮、芦丁质量分数最高。再生水灌溉显著增加3个施肥处理下茄子果长和产量.以钙镁磷肥处理增加比例最大,分别为19.5%和6.6%。钙镁磷肥处理下,再生水灌溉显著降低了茄子可溶性蛋白质量分数,降低了4.2%.提高了N、P、Ca、Mg质量分数,分别提高了4.2%、7.7%、9.2%、6.9%、8.5%。再生水灌溉对3种施肥方式下茄果卫生保健品质影响均不明显。施用钙镁磷肥能提高茄子产量和品质.再生水灌溉能增加茄子产量,茄果中矿物元素质量分数有增加或显著增加趋势。但可溶性蛋白、Vc、可溶性糖质量分数有所降低,而硝酸盐、黄酮、芦丁质量分数变化不明显。
Field experiment was adopted to study the influences of reclaimed water irrigation on growth, yield and quality of eggplant under different phosphate fertilizer (diammonium phosphate, calcium magne- sium phosphate, calcium superphosphate) treatments. The results indicated that calcium magnesium phos- phate improved the growth and increased yield and quality of eggplant in comparison to diammonium phos- phate and calcium superphosphate. The order of eggplant yield between different fertilizer treatments was calcium magnesium phosphatediammonium phosphate〉calcium superphosphate. The lowest concentra- tion of nitrate and the highest concentration of flavones and rutin were detected in eggplant under calcium magnesium phosphate treatment. Length and yield of eggplant increased significantly under reclaimed wa- ter irrigation in comparison to clean water irrigation, and calcium magnesium phosphate treatment had the biggest increases in eggplant length and yield, increasing by 19.5% and 6.6%, respectively. Reclaimed water irrigation reduced the eggplant soluble protein concentration by 4.2%, and increased N, P, Ca, Mg concentrations by 7.7%, 9.2%, 6.9 %, 8.5%, respectively under calcium magnesium phosphate treatment. Reclaimed water irrigation had no effect on nitrate, flavones and rutin concentration of eggplant. It was benefit for the quality and yield of eggplant fruit under calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer. Under reclaimed water irrigation, eggplant yield and mineral element concentration increased, soluble protein, Vc and soluble sugar concentration decreased, and the concentration of nitrate, flavones and rutin changed non-obviously.
