目的研究药用盐生植物曼陀罗Datura stramonium的化学成分。方法采用正相硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20、反相ODS等色谱方法对曼陀罗地上部分提取物进行分离纯化,并应用波谱学方法鉴定其结构。结果从曼陀罗地上部分甲醇提取物中分离得到了6个化合物,分别鉴定为(3R,5R,7Z)-3-羟基-7-烯-δ-癸内酯(1)、(R)-晚香玉种内酯(2)、曼陀罗萜二醇(3)、亚油酸单酯(4)、亚油酸(5)和叶黄素(6)。结论化合物1为新的δ-内酯类精油成分,命名为曼陀罗烯内酯,化合物1和2为首次从曼陀罗属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the medicinal halophyte Datura stramonium. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and ODS column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses. Results Six compounds were isolated from the aerial parts ofD. stramonium and their structures were identified as (3R, 5R, 7Z)-3-hydroxy-5-dec-7-enolide (1), (R)-tuberolactone (2), daatradiol (3), monolinoleoyl glycerol (4), linoleic acid (5), and lutein (6). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new essential oil component with a 5-1actone unit, named stramenlactone. Compounds 1 and 2 are isolated from the plants in genus Datura L. for the first time.
