设计了一个基于单片机的自主式深海浮游微生物取样器控制系统。该控制系统采用蓄电池作为电源,通过检测深海取样处压力作为取样控制的触发条件。通过简化控制系统硬件设计降低了控制系统的发热量、减少了密封舱的体积和重量;采用程序上电复位后读取系统关键状态的方法提高了控制系统的抗干扰性和可靠性。模拟实验和2000m海试结果表明,控制系统结构简单,工作可靠。
Design of an autonomic deepsea plankton sampler control system based on single chip is introduced. Accumulator is used as power for the control system and the trigger of sample is outside pressure. Heat generating and sealing cabin weight are decreased dramatically with simplify control system hardware structure, The reliability of control system is increased remarkably with reading system working status when the control system is starting. Practical experiment and 2000 m deepsea experiment results show that the control system has the advantages of simple structure and high reliability.
