In-situ observation of the course of bloom formation is conducted, and the bacteria dynamics during the microsystis bloom formation by molecule biological methods is derived. The analytical results of PCR-DGGE imply that the community composition of the aquatic bacteria varies during the blooming course, the biomass of bacterioplankton increases with the algae blooming (R2=0.836) from May to October during which bloom occur. However, significant variation of the number of phosphorus-degrading bacteria is not noted at the beginning of blooming, but the trend of increasing can be found at the end of the bloom, indicating that after the decomposing of algae, the particulate organic phosphorus become the new nutrient matter for the metabolism of organic phosphorus-degrading bacteria.
