目的:探讨新医改前后基层医疗机构医生队伍稳定性变化趋势,并分析当前影响基层医疗机构医生队伍稳定性的因素。方法:以课题组在新医改前后进行的4次基层医疗机构医生队伍稳定性调查数据为基础,对四次调查结果进行比较,运用功效系数法、结构方程模型、线性回归分析对资料进行分析。结果:四次调查基层医疗机构医生队伍稳定性得分分别为:2007年60分,2010年94.7分,2012年100分,2014年83.8分。当前影响基层医疗机构医生队伍稳定性的主要因素为个人发展、工资收入、上级关系、业务提升、工作负荷、收入体现价值。结论与新医改前相比,新医改后基层医疗机构医生队伍稳定性有所提升,呈先升后降趋势。稳定医生队伍应着重对影响其稳定性的主要因素进行改善。
To explore the variation tendency of stability of doctors in primary medical institutions before and after the new medical reform and? its influencing factors. Methods Data of four investigations was analyzed with efficiency coefficient method, structure equation model and linear regression. Results The score of four investigations was 60 in 2007,94.7 in 2010,100 in 2012, and 83.7 in 2014. And the main factors to influence the stability of doctors in primary medical institutions were personal develop- ment, salary, leader-member relationship, professional skill, working load and professional value reflected by income. Conclusion The stability of doctors in primary medical institutions has been improved after the new medical reform. And the factors to influence the stability of doctors should be perfected.
