引人世界银行(2009年)提出的“3D”分析框架,探讨了密度、距离和整合与城市污染排放之间的关系.研究表明,密度与城市污染排放存在倒U型关系,但密度的提升能够显著降低城市污染排放强度.距离对污染排放总量和强度的影响不同,缩短与大城市的距离、与省会城市的距离不利于城市污染排放总量控制,但可以降低污染排放强度,提高城市污染控制效率.
This paper, introduces "3D "analysis frame which was put forward by World Bank (2009) to analyze the rela- tionship between density, distance and division and urban industrial pollution emissions. The result shows that the density and the urban industrial pollution emissions contain an inverted U relationship, but the increase of density can significantly reduce pollution emission intensity of the city. Influence of distance on pollution emissions and intensity differs. To shorten the distance to the metropolitan city and to the capital city is not conducive to pollution emissions control, but it can reduce the pollution emission intensity, improving the efficiency of city pollution control.
