研究了系统中的多价金属离子(如Ca^2+)对AKD施胶以及CPAM助留助滤性能的影响与控制方法。研究发现,ACS能络合Ca^2+等多价金属阳离子,清洁纸浆纤维表面,保护CPAM助留助滤及AKD施胶性能。在Ca^2+浓度为18.75mmol/L(相应的电导率为3000μS/cm左右)、CS用量1.0%、AKD用量0.2%、CPAM用量0.025%及pH值7.5的条件下,加入用量为0.2%的ACS后纸料的滤水时间、白水浊度及AKD施胶度均能获得较好结果。
It was found that calcium ions are accumulated in a closed white-water system, and adsorbed onto the surfaces of the fibers to form Calcium carboxylatal with the carboxyl groups of the fibers, which will decrease the adsorption activity and compete the adsorbing sites with cationic functional additives, such as CPAM and AKD. These will lead to weaken the performance cationic polymer as the retention and drainage aids of and the sizing efficiency ofAKD. ACS can chelate multi-value metal cationic ions, which can clean fiber surface and protect the function of CPAM as retention and drainage aids and AKD sizing. Experiment results showed that the drainage time shorten, the white water turbidity reduce, and the sizing degree increase when 0.2% ACS is used under the condi.tion of pH 7.5, 1.0% CS, 0.2% AKD, 0.025% CPAM, and [Ca^2+] 18.75 mmol/L(conductivity is about 3000 μS/cm).
