基于霍尔传感器工作原理,设计了柴油机低温起动系统的霍尔型起动电压、电流、转速传感器及其信号处理电路;利用新型的柴油机低温起动试验方案,进行了低温起动电压、起动电流、起动转速的性能试验,结果表明:最大低温起动电流达到680 A,起动电压大于8.6 V,起动平均转速为280 rad/min,性能完全满足柴油机低温起动系统要求。同时也验证了霍尔传感器能够准确测试柴油机低温起动系统的起动电压、电流和转速信号。
Based on the principle of hall sensor, this paper designed the voltage sensor, electric current sensor, rotate speed sensor and their signal regulative circuit for the cool-starting system of diesel engines. According to the new-style of testing project of the cool-starting in diesel engines, performance tests were made, such as the starting voltage, starting electric current and starting rotate speed of diesel engines at low temperature. Experiment results indicate that the maximal starting electric current is 680 A, the minimum starting voltage is 8.6 V,the medial starting rotate speed is 280 r/m,which completely satisfy the cool-starting requirements of the diesel engine at low temperature. It was proved that the hall sensor could effectively test the starting voltage, starting electric current and starting rotate speed of the cool-starting at low temperature for diesel engines.
