选取创业与伦理融合的视角,对当前研究成果和未来研究方向进行评析。研究发现：创业与伦理融合的基础条件在于二者的内涵包含有对方的属性,融合方式表现为创业的“自我机会-他人机会”与伦理的“经济价值-非经济价值”的不同组合;基于“手段-目的”假设建立的分析模型,有助于理清当前新兴的相关研究主题的边界和异同;构建的系统研究框架,可以提炼出当前研究的不足并明晰未来研究方向。
英文摘要：
Based on the angle of theoretical integration, this study analysis the research findings and put forward the future research direction about the research on the integration of entrepreneurship and ethics. Firstly, this study finds that the intersections of two connotations make possible integration and there are different types of integration through combining ＇ first-person opportunity-third-person opportunity＇ with ＇economic value- non-economic value＇. Secondly, we suggest that those emerging research issues have different emphasis on the role of entrepreneurship and ethics during the process of integration through an analysis framework we set up based on the ＇means-ends＇ assumption. Thirdly, this study builds a systemic framework for future research.
